Comments: Four years ago Dr. Alden replaced both of my knees, six weeks apart. The surgery and recovery were without complications all the more impressive as I am not a terribly fit 60+ lady! The scars have faded tremendously and are very thin. But best of all I have no pain and have fully restored movement in bending and straightening. Knees no longer are the boss of my daily activities.
