Comments: I had a total hip replacement in September 2020. Dr. Alden and his team at the Western Springs office are amazing. Larry, the PA, explained everything in clear, concise terms. Judy, the Surgery Scheduler, was patient in answering any questions or concerns that came up along the way. Dr. Alden also explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. He was reassuring the morning of surgery and did an amazing job. He also was clear and kind when he called my husband after the surgery. It goes without saying he is an excellent surgeon but just as important he is kind, patient and cares about the quality of life of his patients.This team works together seamlessly. They are professional but also caring. The quality of my life has improved significantly - I can do all the things I did years ago, but most importantly, I can chase my grandson around the park. I would recommend Dr. Alden to anyone with a problem hip. He will figure it out and your life will be better.
