Comments: Dr. Kris Alden performed a left knee replacement back in 2012. At first, he was not sure he could help me. The knee was in bad shape as well as the bones going down below the knee. It was complicated, but within two weeks... he went through possible approaches & I received a call to come back to see him. I did not know he was even working on an approach. The last thing I had heard was the possible need for amputation.! Of course, I freaked out. However, we did meet again & to this date... my left knee and leg have been terrific !! He did a great job !! I would highly recommend him to others. His nurse practioner was also great . I liked them both. They are a great team. It's not easy to find Ortho teams like them.
